Brief:
Royal Oak Senior Living wanted a brand identity that would give their new retirement residence a sense of luxury and distinction. The process included naming the residence and creating a logo built around an elegant R mark.

The identity was rolled out across business collateral, apparel, and vehicle branding, creating a cohesive presence that stood apart from typical retirement branding. The launch helped drive an impressive 90% occupancy rate despite the residence’s small and somewhat secluded location, proving the brand’s effectiveness in gaining recognition and trust.
